WHAT: Bench’s team of specialists engage in your recruiting projects on a full- or part-time basis.
HOW: Bench recruiters work off-site using our digital tools to provide either full OR partial-cycle recruitment. Bench manages all aspects of a recruiting project; we monitor daily work performance and progress against goals.
FEE: Subscription-based; weekly pricing is all-inclusive and provides a lower cost-per-hire.

IDEAL FOR: Single job requisitions; targeting strategic roles or landing specialized, hard-to-find skill sets within 4-10 weeks.
WHAT: Bench’s highly accomplished recruiters are engaged for a single job requisition.
HOW: Proactive sourcing (via deep research) is conducted to acquire the best talent available; candidates’ experiences, skills, personalities and motives are then expertly assessed. Bench manages the full recruitment cycle.
FEE: A percentage of the annual starting salary, made up of three payments based on the successful completion of recruiting milestones.
